We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit if needed and give you a quote.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

Form enquiries are stored securely by our website hosting provider and sent to our inbox by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. We do not share your details with anyone else for their own purposes, and we never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Where we have quoted for work, we keep a record for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
